We're curious if something within ps_accounts could be getting blocked by cloudflare security and what we could enter in cloudflare to bypass this or effectively "skip" the security and let it go through. Thanks

if you have a store verification problem, you can have more details with the latest module version (a specific error with more details is displayed when verification failed).

You store must be callable by our API : http://accounts-api.distribution.prestashop.net/
Somes IPs must be whitelisted
and ensure this User-Agent is not blocked : PrestaShop-Account/{x.y.z}

Can you give me the Cloud Shop ID to check in our API logs, please ?

I didn't see any logs with that ID in our logs but I find our ID in our v7 store. Your store is in altered state because in our API the store is considered as unlinked.

If you have any subscription linked to that shop ID, you must absolutly contact the PS support. In other case, you can just clean your DB before, in table configurations :

• remove lines starting with PS_ACCOUNTS_.
• remove line PSX_UUID_V4;
  After that you can reverify your store, it will create a new ID

Ok.. why is there no error when I install v7.2.2? What is the difference?

Removing those lines removed the error on our test site, but the shop still doesn't verify. We click verify, it says verification done and then it says not verified. The new cloud shop id is JJCCs5cFC2ZFiBpaNfuYBNAn6512

Seems not ok if your store has keeped the same cloud shop ID

Our management of PS Accounts in v7 and v8 are not the same.

You should have logs in var/logs/ps_accounts* files.

As your store has not successfuly migrated to v8, you can reinstall a v7, unlink and relink your store and finally update to v8

In V8, you can access to support form when you are in the PS Accounts configuration by adding "&advanced=1" in the URL, and you have an action to clean all existing PS Accounts data

Ok.. so I unlinked in v7... relinked fine. Then installed v8 and when i try to verify, I get this error in the log:

Also adding &advanced=1 at the end of the url in the configuration gives an error
