Direct installation on Genway intercom

I have made a bit of a rush buy and bought the MAX without properly looking at my intercom wires. Only checked an old photo I had, now when trying to install it I found out it is not a 4+N system.

Reading the docs it seems that it would've possible to wire it directly to the buttons.

Any ideas with this one?

1. Check when the handset is in its place, by pushing the unlock button, it unlocking or not.
2. From where is the doorbell sound coming?
