HI, nice job!! If it is connecting to MQTT, so no config problem, try disconnect battery and reconnect if it stays on then check "DONE" pin path from esp32 up to TPL5110, and check value of R7 resistor. when sensor publishes sensor data it pulls DONE pin high. |

Hello,
Like the title states, when I enter the calibration mode I do everything the instructions state (first the dry dirt, then wet dirt...). But when the three blinks happen after the wet dirt calibration, the sensor does not shut down. The LED keeps being ON. I wonder what could be wrong.
Things that are working:
"2026-01-16 19:25:07: New client connected from 192.168.1.120:54751 as Rastlina0 (p2, c1, k15, u'mqtt').
2026-01-16 19:25:30: Client Rastlina0 has exceeded timeout, disconnecting."
For more information, I did the DIY version of this sensor, so I ordered the components and soldered everything together. I am not new to soldering so I think I did a pretty good job doing that. Another thing is that I isolated the dirt temperature sensor with nail polish... I couldn't find anything else, so I hope I didn't short anything.
