DHO804 VIA LAN WRONG INFO

I'm using DHO804 It seems the data is being captured wrongly.
First time users some hints would be welcome, I suspect there is an issue with sample rate and all the rest of the parameters for each single wave form, i'm using firmware vers 1.04 this is spi half-duplex

Initially the scope was showing just a small line and had to zoom to get here.
Without using ngscope I get the right waveforms

Also note I did set the offset to 0v and upper was 2v on all channels but on the scope but ngscope seems to mixup and I endsup on 250mv
I also cannot change the sample rate on ngscope
