Create assembly arrays fields for coefficients.

Task description

For attenuation, we need a few arrays, but the parameters one (not computed during the the simulations) is only.

This should take in the mesh (materials), and compute the coefficients GLL point for GLL point.

Compute Coefficients at GLL points.

Acceptance criteria

• Assembly load/store functions are working.
