Make the charis pipeline compatible with SPHERE (and possibly more instrument in the future). Extract all instrument specific numbers and routines and put them in an instrument class. Make the changes in buildcal and extract_cube to use the information from the instrument object instead of hardcoded values. Main differences are: - header keyword names (e.g., affecting parallactic angle computation, satellite spots) - instrument location on Earth - lenslet geometry (charis: rectilinear, sphere: hexagonal) - pixel scale - different wavelength ranges, resolutions and observing modes Include the static calibration files for both SPHERE modes.
