Support more versions of snakemake

Currently we only support version 8 of snakemake.  Since the patching logic is very tightly coupled to the snakemake implementation, will need to make an adapter that can handle that conversion.

In addition to getting the tests to pass all versions (maybe v6-9), need to discuss how to measure the coverage from these various dependencies.
