Is there a way to easily transfer worlds between instances?

From my limited testing, "copy" creates a copy in the same instance, and doesn't allow you to move the file around like you would a standard .zip

Ah! I figured out how to do it. From the "Worlds" tab in the console window, right click and select "view folder." Then copy the folder of the world you want to copy, and store it somewhere else. Then go to the new instance you want to play on, open the console, select worlds, right click and view folder. Then drag and drop the copied world folder into the folder that pops up. it will take a second, but the world should appear in the new instance! Good luck to anyone else who needs this.

Last two day server wont authorize with mojang...Ive tried everything any help please
