Remove page Xamarin.Forms > AutoInitialization

According to PR 2214 of the main project, the "Auto Initialization" feature was removed completely.

Please remove the page for AutoInitalization or mark it as obsolete/non-existing in current versions.

For newcomers it's confusing/frustrating to learn a feature that doesn't exist.
