scope region : detect and manage automally the parameter CreateRegionParameterScope

Hello all,

How to know if we are adding a region that is already registered in the RegionManager to avoid duplicate region exception ?

If we know that we can set easily the parameter CreateRegionParameterScope :

Actually I add an interface to manage this case but it is not automatic. I must set the information before.

I would like to detecte the need and set the parameter at the same time
