Commercial License: No update since 10 months

Is this project or company dead? Last update was 10 months ago with 9.0.537. We paid for a Commercial license so I'm wondering if/when we will get an update. Thanks.

No this project is not dead. It is alive and well. Only Commercial Plus licenses holders will get the latest code changes. Commercial and Community license must rely solely on the public nuget feeds, or any source we make available publicly. We have closed source we maintain as well. We actually just merged a massive PR to add support for Avalonia.

Understood about the public nuget feeds and latest code changes. I wasn't expecting latest code changes in a Commercial license per what was advertised of course but 10 months without a release at a reasonable cadence (3-6 months) prompts questions/review.

I have found a similar problem. I have noticed that at least in Windows 10, the public is release seems to be unusable due to #3235, which seems to be only solved for Commercial Plus licenses.

@mnxamdev if you look we historically do not release unless there is something we feel is significant to release. That being said I would generally expect a release later this year to account for changes in .NET MAUI in .NET 10, along with handling the major version bump in Uno Platform and our newly added support for Avalonia. While I cannot provide an exact release target on this, it is on my radar to get out a 9.1 release for this. The focus since releasing Prism 9.1 has been largely been driven by Enterprise customers who pay for support. This has included a lot of focus on future proofing apps and providing a robust ecosystem in the Prism.Plugins which includes a powerful logging library along with the Prism.Plugin.Essentials library. With these extra plugins our customers are able to write code that can easily migrate across WPF, .NET MAUI, and Uno Platform. If we get any Enterprise customers looking for support for Avalonia then we will look at adding that as well.
