Automated cane farming

Hey,
Maybe not asking in the right place, I'll give it a shot. I'm not that great at coding and if anyone would like to help.
I'm looking to get the bot to farm sugarcane in an area, for which it also requires pathing to go up different platforms with new cane.
Whereby the bot also does not break the bottom sugarcane and only harvest the sugarcane when its fully grown.
And when the inventory would be full the bot would execute an chat command.
