Is there anyway to make the bot pearl at a player?

How can i make the bot pearl at a Player and place a block and hit the player and place a end crystal and kill them?

I want to try make a bot that can crystal pvp, i need it to pearl to the player place obsidian and hit player then crystal them, is this possible?
