Open a GUI

I play on a official MC-Server where bots are allowed. But i want a bot that opens a gui when the bot interact with a barrier (it's a custom "Machine") ,but i don't know how to do this. I tried to interact with the activateblock function but that doesn't works but there was no error. When i play on the server normal with mc i must rightklick the "Machine" an the gui opens.
