Production Build Fails

after clone project without any changes when run npm install, all package resolved and project serve successfully but when execute npm run build error occurred:

version : 2.24.0 (tried other version include last version but result is same)
Ubuntu 22
Node 16
Npm 8
apt Install build essential on Ubuntu
