Handle large content when creating/editing a page

Current REST API update-page tool implementation requires sending the entire page source. This leads to timeouts/failures when the source is too large when using clients like Claude:

This is not just the result of fetching the original content via tool, but also when directly passing a large file as input:

Large page creation can possibly be handled by first creating the page (blank or partial) and then calling multiple Action API Edit actions to add remaining content.

Similarly, updating an existing page can involve blanking, or setting an initial chunk, and then calling the same API multiple times again.

However, this will result in multiple revisions and if one of the chunk API calls fail, then the page will be incomplete, or else the process must be started again, resulting in even more revisions.

Additionally, the chunk size is affected by the specific LLM's limits.
