Handle checked value when there are too many facet values #252
Description
There is a limit on the number of facet values to display in the filter. When a selected value is not rendered, then the frontend causes 2 problems:
- checked value is not shown at the top (as per Move selected facet filter values to the top #177)
- when toggling AND/OR the value is discarded
