Back-End (InvoiceController) parse JSON and create all parameters in Java so it can be saved to repository

In the InvoiceController build out the function so that it parses the JSON body and makes all the parameters needed for an invoice out of the provided information. Finish by saving it as an invoice object to the InvoiceRepository.
