ProgBot is a slash command handler for Progressive Coders' Slack channels. It implements (so far) three commands:

/searchuser - searches the opted-in users for the specified skills. There is an implied 'OR' for each skill.
/searchproject - searches for projects requesting any of the specified skills.
/searchprojectusers - searches for users possessing any of the skills specified by the named project
