Probably @timeanddoctor means an isometric view of the segmented spleen. Or a surface mesh that can be viewed in 3D ?

What I am doing is to get a U-net algorithm figure to explain the Unet progress of the spleen_segmentation. I am not sure I can draw the U net figure from this code parameters :

self._model = UNet(
            spatial_dims=3,
            in_channels=1,
            out_channels=2,
            channels=(16, 32, 64, 128, 256),
            strides=(2, 2, 2, 2),

            norm=Norm.BATCH,
        )
