cuda not available with MONAI 1.3.0

Hello previosuly I was using the following configuration
Python: 3.7.1, pytorch: 1.7.0 and cudatoolkit 11.0 with monai version 1.0.1
The following command was returning TRUE, I was able to use the GPU on my machine
torch.gpu.is_available()

But I needed to install MONAI 1.3.0 due to an error with older version while implementing controNET,
My current configuration:
Python: 3.9.18, PyTorch: 1.12.1 and Cuda toolkit 11.0 with monai version 1.0.3 But I get FALSE running
torch.gpu.is_available()

Anyone knows how to fix this probably simple but annoying problem

I solved it finally by just updating the pytorch version to 2.1.1 and cuda toolkit to 12.3.2
