Validate compatibility with the holoscan SDK v2.9.0

MONAI Deploy App SDK v2.0 depends on Holoscan SDK ~=v2.0, whose latest version v2.9.0 was released on 01/26/2025, and for this release there had not been a package on test.pypi.org, hence the need to test compatibility after Holoscan v2.9.0 has been released on pypi.org.
