Merge pull request #8 - Add option in Paths settings for Launcher path

Add option in Paths settings for Launcher path, which auto-sets launcher location and removes need for Dolphin.ini

This is mostly to fix issues on Mac and Linux where the launchers could not be found by default due to relative paths not working correctly, especially on Mac.
