Decoupling Opportunities (lean core)

Overview

Currently Greenwood does have a couple built in assumptions

• unified for markdown
• Rollup for bundling / JS minification
• PostCSS for CSS processing

I know we want to keep Greenwood lean at the core, but it still has to do something. 🙃

I could see bundling / markdown opened up though, or at least have them be more optional to avoid the installation / dependency overhead if folks want to go super / lean:
