Add code snippets toggle for JavaScript / TypeScript snippets

Summary

Coming out of #188 / #198 , it was determined rather than trying to add alternating snippets of JavaScript and TypeScript, it would be more practical to just take any existing snippets and enhance them with a toggle that allows switching between JavaScript and TypeScript, like can be seen on a lot of docs sites.
