Summary
To help orient readers as they go through a guides content on the website, we should add a callout for the version of the tool used. This would help minimize any incompatibilities as users install any associated packages as part of the guide.
Similar to the callout on the Vitest page - https://greenwoodjs.dev/guides/ecosystem/vitest/#setup

The following callouts should be added to each of the following pages
Hosting
- AWS - SST v3
Ecosystem
- Lit - v3
- htmx - v3
- Tailwind - v3
Storybook- docs: update storybook guide for v10 #272- Web Test Runner - v0.18.x
