Bump cacheable-request and rdme (#222)

Removes [cacheable-request](https://github.com/jaredwray/cacheable-request). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [rdme](https://github.com/readmeio/rdme). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `cacheable-request`

Updates `rdme` from 8.0.0 to 8.5.0
