Add support for Newberg and Seattle

Hey Anthony @tongning, this is a low priority, but I just wanted to ask - how difficult would it be to produce a new geojson file for Newberg and Seattle, in order to add support for those cities?

We'd like to compare how out model's performance transfers across city, so ideally we'd be able to generate block-level positional information for these cities, too.
