• Send v1.0 of the synthetic diagnostics package to ORNL

  It should just run. Give it a SOLPS deck and tell it to go, and it should end up with an IMAS DD populated with all the synthetic diagnostic outputs in addition to whatever setup, configuration (diagnostic instrument function/geometry), input (SOLPS2IMAS), or intermediate data it needed to run the synthetic diagnostics.
