Fix links in deployment section #129
Description
Somehow this text block in the deployment docs got its links prefixed with "mdc:", and as a result they're all dead. Need to fix and maybe to add hyperlink testing to my CI test workflow.
Getting Started
Create a [DigitalOcean](mdc:https:/www.digitalocean.com) account
Install the [doctl CLI tool](mdc:https:/docs.digitalocean.com/reference/doctl) and authenticate with doctl auth init
Install the [psql client](mdc:https:/www.postgresql.org/download)
