Show the user's profile picture as a thumbnail in the upper right corner of the page

- Add a new Jinja2 macro to render the profile picture thumbnail if the user has set one, and only use the the render_silhouette macro if no profile picture has been set.
- On mobile, we should maybe unpack the dropdown menu and combine it with the hamburger menu, then remove the profile picture thumbnail
