Swimming is broken again

Swimming in Bedrock clients is broken again.

First, if you have the ability to fly (ex. /fly) you cant do the swimming animation until you disable fly mode (not tested with creative but might be the same).

Second, you can't get out of the water even if you are jumping to a block because you're stuck on the swimming animation.
