Help cannot connect to GRBL

hallo, can u help me :)

i already running server.py but in the web aplication cannot connect to machine
and i already change baudrate and port in config.py and the result still same machine no respon

and is this web aplication need to install nodejs ?
i using raspbian strech and GRBL 1.1
