This is the first (stable) release of Spicetify Manager.

The binary is not optimized and therefore very large.
Windows defender will probably flag the application so feel free to build the app yourself or use the artifact generated by github actions!
Please report any bugs, issues or feature requests in the repo so I can fix them.

Added some new things and fixed a few bugs.
