[Feature] Localize SDK comments & documentation to multiple languages

Are you interested in adding different language versions?
I am currently reading the SDK and preparing to translate it into Chinese.

This is a good idea, but we likely won't be able to any localization of the SDK very soon. We'll keep this issue open though for a reminder to do so when it becomes feasible.
