[BUG] Activate license keys with no Internet Connection

Description

• Activate license keys with no Internet Connection; the timeout is 60 seconds, which is too long

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn off all Internet connections
2. Activate the license key

Current Behavior

• Have to wait 60s to see the error alert

Expected Behavior

• if the connection is unavailable, show the error alert immediately

Environment

• App version: e.g Proxyman 6.2.0
