Force XML indentation with "Format document" option

Description

I have some remote endpoints that return XML, but without any indentation.
For example: https://bpkio-cs-demos.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/fabre/xml_without_indentation.xml

I would like to be able to have one of the following options:

• An "Indent document" when right clicking on the response Body preview (or specific XML preview)
• Or have indentation done automatically when right clicking and selecting the existing "Format document" option

Note: I have tried the indentation options in the Command Palette (F1), but they don't work.

Why this feature/change is important?

Because without indentation, the options in the gutter to collapse XML elements don't exist, and the document is unreadable as a result.

• Better XML Prettifier logic
• Work in the XML Tab or the Body Tab
• XML now has indentation, and displays the Gutter to expand/collapse
• "Prettify XML" for selected text in the right-menu-context
