Auto-Hiding Dock Icon and Silent Background Launch

Description

• On system startup, the app should be able to launch silently in the background without automatically opening the main window if the background mode is enabled.
• When the main window is closed, the Dock icon should be hidden, keeping only the menu-bar icon active.
• When the window is opened, the Dock icon should reappear temporarily for visibility and standard macOS behavior.

Acceptance Criteria

• When the user closes the main window, the Dock icon disappears and only the menu-bar item remains.
• When reopening the main window, the Dock icon reappears.
• On system startup, if the “Allow running in background” option is enabled, the app should not show the main window automatically.
