Downloading the server resources are broken

Downloading the dedicated server binaries do not work. Providen URL is not mapped anymore.

What I expected:
The binaries are downloaded over the version selection to be decompiled.

What happend:
No matter what version is selected the programm is crashing when try to download.

Need to discuss if we should add archive.org links for < v1.4 Server version.

For the new versions => v1.4 working with the new url structure should solve the problem.
