_SUPPORTED_FORCES included CustomTorsionForce

Hi,
Setting up a simulation including Zn with amber14 causes the system to be parameterized with CustomTorsionForce instead of PeriodicTorsionForce. Could _create_torsion_force be modified to accept CustomTorsionForce?

In this same topic, is it possible to include any custombondedforce in the system so you can add distance restraints? I'd just like to be able to use it for sampling with remd.

I see that just adding the force to _SUPPORTED_FORCES in rest.py lets the remd simulation proceed. It looks like apply_rest will add this force as it is to the modified REST system. I assume if I don't care about the scaling being applied to the custom force then everything should be good.
