Axios version is too old, need new version to work with proxy

"axios": "^0.24.0",

0.24.0 doesn't work with proxy set via env var http_proxy, while 1.7.2 is verified (by locally build code-d-0.23.2.vsix ) to work well.

Please consider bumping version of axios (maybe other deps as well).
