Is there a plan to revive it or should it be transferred to someone else to maintain?

Its the best health_check gem I know of but I fear upgrading to latest Rails with this gem having issues.

I've been using it as well and just noticed the last commit date on a new project 😢 happy to fork it but needs to be a concerted effort

I've noticed @jmarchello active on the last few approved PR's, if it's unmaintained all good we'll fork it, let us know

After merging some PRs I went to release a new version and realized I lacked the credentials to do so. I have been unable to reach @ianheggie for some time, though admittedly haven't tried lately. Let me try reaching out one more time.

I have been busy with health issues and now moving ... @jmarchello what are the steps to allow release? since my rubygemns account uses 2FA I presume we would should look at change of ownership?
