Complete example of custom plugin

I'm new to python and I really need help here.
It would be much appreciated to have a complete example of a custom bandit plugin (didn't find one). The instructions are missing important pieces of the puzzle.

This example should contain:

• Required source code in GitHub repo.
• Detailed setup instructions and techniques to install the plugin.
• Detailed usage in the description.

created template for writing bandit test plugins without the need to change the installed bandit module, a step by step guide, and unit-test kind of thing.
