- Confirm speakers
- Schedule meetup (2 weeks before, waitlist only, set max attendance to 1)
- Announce meetup (2 weeks before)
- Re-confirm speakers, update meetup page
- Check that auto-ballot started moving attendees to Going list. (7-10 days before)
- Get video consent from speakers
- Confirm with hosts (1 week before email [email protected])
- 1st unRSVP email (1 week before)
- 2nd unRSVP email (1 day before)
- Send list of names to [email protected] (1 day before) using this template
- Send updated list of names to [email protected] (before 2pm on the day) using this template
- Create news slides from jupyter notebook
- On the day: Get sign-in sheet from door staff
- Update http://london.pydata.org/past-events/ with link to talk and slides
- Once all speakers have confirmed, update Meetup page
