Release v0.25.0 for async-runtimes?

Trying to update the latest pyo3 version to 0.25.0 which has been published, however seems this crate also has to be the same version or doesn't build

The update to 0.25.0 is ready (#41), we’re just waiting for it to be published on crates.io, which shouldn’t be far away now.
