Add electrobiofuels, biomass to methanol, methanl ocgt and ammonia

All the carriers mentioned in the title are now part of pypsa-eur defaults. In Pypsa-de they are not yet active, because the exporter would need to be adapted for that.

If somebody want to use them, feel free to open a PR. I am fine with electrobiofuels, biomass to methanol, methanl ocgt being active by default in pypsa-de, for ammonia i am still a bit unsure if it adds much value for the general model, but open to be convinced otherwise.
