Do you need GPU sponsorship?

I am very interested in this model and would be happy to sponsor this project.
I hope to be able to train a 13B model, and it is best to support work on 3090 (8bit? 16fp? I don't know if my idea is realistic).
If possible, I would like to sponsor the GPU machines needed for training.
