Error 1033 (argo tunnel error) when using PygmalionAI docker image on vast.ai #14

Hello!
I just followed this document and i tried with several different instances but at the end I always end up having this error 1033 when trying to connect to one of the 4 URL.
If I try the direct ip (open button) then I just get a refused connexion...

I might do something wrong but i don't think so... Is it because I try to access it from a University network?
