Unused arguments in xhatspecific_spoke #586
Description
I am trying to setup a "xhatspecific" spoke using xhatspecific_spoke in cfg_vanilla. However the function does not use two of its arguments (scenario_dict and all_nodenames) and results in missing data errors. Is this intentional, and if so how is it meant to be initialised as spoke?
