One question about flat view and one about [DC().GETFILEPATH{}] in custom columns

1. Is there any way to see also the subfolders in flat view (CTRL+B)? At the moment I can only see files.

2. When using GETFILEPATH in a custom column the absolute path is shown. This is not convenient, in my view, when the path is very long. It is possible to show the relative path instead?
